Prior to joining Boies, Schiller & Flexner LLP, Mr. Weill was the Chief Assistant District Attorney of Westchester County, New York. He has more than twenty-five years of experience arguing cases before state and federal appellate courts involving such issues as the constitutionality of the clergy privilege, the right of confrontation, the double jeopardy clause, and the right to counsel. In addition, Mr. Weill has lectured on topics including appellate practice, legal ethics, hate crimes, the death penalty, international law, and legal writing.
