Rosaline Chan's main practice area is complex commercial litigation.

Since joining the Firm, Ms. Chan has participated in the representation of a former CEO in connection with civil litigation filed against him by the New York Attorney General and in connection with several shareholder derivative and class actions. She has also participated in the representation of a Fortune 500 company in a contract dispute and a major recording artist in civil litigation involving fraud claims. Ms. Chan has also participated in various mediations and arbitrations involving contract disputes.

Prior to attending law school, Ms. Chan served as a legislative aide in the California State Assembly and as a community organizer for a civil rights organization.

Ms. Chan currently sits on the board of the Fifth Avenue Committee, a community development corporation based in South Brooklyn.
