Pedro Allende's main practice areas are product liability and complex commercial litigation. Among other matters, Pedro is active in defending Philip Morris USA in Florida cases that have spawned from the Florida Supreme Court's decision in Engle v. Liggett Group, Inc., et. al., 945 So. 2d 1246 (Fla. 2006), and in prosecuting a case on behalf of Colombian terror victims against Chiquita Brands International.
Mr. Allende received a Bachelor's degree in Economics and Political Science from the University of Florida. In 2007, he earned a Juris Doctor and a Master of Decision and Information Science from the University of Florida. Mr. Allende interned with the United States Attorney's Office for the Middle District of Florida as a third year law student.
