John Brosky's practice focuses on intellectual property litigation, infringement and validity opinions, licensing, joint development and transfer agreements.  He also has experience in the preparation and prosecution of patent applications in a wide variety of electronic, electrical and mechanical arts.

Mr. Brosky has been practicing intellectual property law for over 25 years.  He began his legal career in 1977 as an Assistant Staff Judge Advocate in the United States Air Force, with his primary area of practice being government contract law.  Mr. Brosky's intellectual property law practice began in 1980 as an attorney in the patent division of the legal department of the Aluminum Company of America (ALCOA).
