Michelle Sekowski's main practice area is complex commercial litigation.

Since joining the firm in 2007, Ms. Sekowski has represented individuals and corporations in a wide range of significant litigation matters.  Her recent representations include defending a multi-billion dollar global investment firm and its CEO in a shareholder derivative suit, pursuing civil RICO claims against numerous criminal defendants on behalf of a residential mortgage lender, and pursuing a False Claims Act action against a major pharmaceutical company.

While in law school, Ms. Sekowski served as a judicial extern to the Hon. P. Harris Hines of the Supreme Court of Georgia.  Prior to joining the firm, Ms. Sekowski was an employment and commercial litigation associate at Greenbaum, Rowe, Smith & David LLP.
