Robert M. Norway’s main practice is complex commercial litigation.
Prior to joining Boies, Schiller & Flexner LLP in 2007, Mr. Norway served as law clerk in the chambers of the Honorable Patricia C. Fawsett, Chief Judge of the U.S. District Court for the Middle District of Florida. Following law school, Mr. Norway was associated with the Washington, D.C. office of Foley & Lardner LLP, where he represented clients before the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office and prepared opinions on a variety of matters relating to U.S. patent law.
