Alec Schultz's main practice area is complex commercial litigation.
While at Boies, Schiller & Flexner LLP, Mr. Schultz has participated in the representation of a class of shareholders pursuing securities law claims against a major international company. He has also assisted in the defense of a major U.S. financial institution against claims brought by a foreign government.
Prior to law school, Mr. Schultz served as a counter-terrorism officer in the Central Intelligence Agency's Directorate of Operations. In that capacity, Mr. Schultz planned and implemented operations against a high-profile terrorist group on behalf of the United States government. He was the recipient of the Director's Award for Exceptional Performance.
