Since joining Boies, Schiller, & Flexner LLP, Ms. Myslinska's practice has been focused on complex commercial litigation, including pursuing a False Claims Act action against a major pharmaceutical benefits management company, defending against false advertisement allegations, and pursuing a patent infringement action. Ms. Myslinska completed a one-year clerkship with the Honorable Samuel H. Mays, Jr. of the U.S. District Court for the Western District of Tennessee. Prior to her clerkship, Ms. Myslinska was an Asylum Coordinator at Debevoise & Plimpton LLP in New York and an Associate in their corporate and real estate departments. Ms. Myslinska has also volunteered as an instructor at the Community Legal Center's immigration clinic in Memphis, Tennessee, and was a member of the New York State Bar Association's Committee on Law, Youth & Citizenship. She has taught legal writing at Seton Hall University School of Law. She currently teaches Legal Practice Workshop at Columbia Law School.
