Joseph L. Schwartz' main area of practice includes all aspects of real estate law, as well as estate planning, probate and trust administration.

Mr. Schwartz served as Chairman of the Real Estate Certification Committee of the Florida Bar and is presently a member of the Broward County Real Estate Council. He has lectured at continuing legal education seminars. In addition to his many Florida Bar activities, Mr. Schwartz, a South Florida native, has been active in the community and various charities.
