Robert M. Schwartz, an "AV" rated attorney in Martindale-Hubbell is Board Certified specializing in Marital and Family Law. He is also a Certified Public Accountant and a Certified Family Law Mediator.
Prior to joining Boies, Schiller & Flexner LLP, Mr. Schwartz was associated for twenty years with Miller Schwartz & Miller P.A., Hollywood, Florida.
Mr. Schwartz's legal experience includes acting as a mediator and lead counsel in family law actions, the preparation of complex marital settlement and prenuptial agreements, and the preparation of Qualified Domestic Relations Orders (QDROs). He has also been appointed by the court to act as a special master (magistrate).
Mr. Schwartz has written and lectured on the subjects of prenuptial agreements and division of interests in retirement plans in connection with divorce.
