A. Matthew Miller practices family law in Hollywood and Boca Raton, Florida, at both the trial and appellate levels. He has practiced family law in Florida since 1974 and has been board certified in marital and family law since 1985, which was the first year such certification was offered. Mr. Miller has been a fellow of the American Academy of Matrimonial Lawyers since 1983, a fellow of the International Academy of Matrimonial Lawyers since 1992, has enjoyed an "AV" rating in Martindale-Hubbell since 1982, and has been listed in the "The Best Lawyers In America" since 1987. He is also a former chair of The Florida Bar's Family Law Section, a former chair of the Marital and Family Law Certification Committee of The Florida Bar, and a former president of the Florida Chapter of the American Academy of Matrimonial Lawyers.

Mr. Miller has authored many published articles on various marital and family law topics including prenuptial agreements. He has also lectured widely about marital and family law topics in Florida and in other states.
