Since joining the firm, Mr. Vest's practice has focused on a variety of litigation matters, including the representation of a major accounting firm in connection with its audit work for a former client, litigation seeking payment of a finder's fee earned in connection with the acquisition of a preeminent NFL franchise, and the prosecution of civil RICO and fraud claims arising out of the wrongful sale of interests in leading thoroughbred stallions.

In 1999, Mr. Vest graduated magna cum laude from Transylvania University with a bachelor's degree in Political Science. He received his J.D. from the Northwestern University School of Law in 2003, where he was a member of the National Trial Team. Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Vest served a two-year term as law clerk to the Honorable Joan H. Lefkow, United States District Court for the Northern District of Illinois.
