Matt Kaden's main practice areas are transactional taxation and tax controversy. At Boies, Schiller & Flexner LLP, Mr. Kaden has worked on several large transactions, both domestic and cross-border, and the associated tax opinion letters. Mr. Kaden also participates in the representation of clients before the Internal Revenue Service in tax controversy matters.
