Susan Elizabeth Klock's main practice area is the resolution of complex business disputes over a broad range of substantive areas, including antitrust, securities, and general commercial disputes
Ms. Klock's current engagements include representing two organizational plaintiffs as well as ten individual plaintiffs and their next friends seeking injunctive relief to increase access to and timeliness of medical and dental care for Florida children on Medicaid in Florida Pediatric Society, et al, v. Holly Benson, et al.; participating in the representation of the plaintiff in Archdiocese of Milwaukee Supporting Fund v. Halliburton, a complex securities class action in which Boies, Schiller & Flexner is serving as lead class counsel; and representing numerous investors in the Madoff feeder funds, seeking recovery of their losses from the massive Ponzi scheme perpetrated by Bernard Madoff. Ms. Klock is also defending American Express Company against antitrust claims alleging violations of Sections 1 and 2 of the Sherman Act.
