Jonathan Krisbergh's main practice area is complex commercial litigation.
Mr. Krisbergh's recent matters include the representation of a large financial services company in a lawsuit arising from its sale, the representation of a mortgage origination, acquisition and investment company in a contract dispute with its lenders and the representation of a Fortune 500 Company in a contract dispute involving the use of trade secrets.
Prior to joining Boies, Schiller & Flexner, Mr. Krisbergh was an associate at Simpson, Thacher & Bartlett LLP.
