Brooke Alexander's main practice area is complex commercial litigation.
Since joining the firm, Ms. Alexander's practice has focused on a variety of litigation and alternative dispute resolution matters, including the representation of a hedge fund in a matter involving asset-backed securities, a company in a contract dispute involving the aerospace industry and a private equity company in both litigation and arbitration on several claims. Ms. Alexander was also part of the team that settled a case on behalf of a major motion picture company.
