Leigh Nathanson’s practice at the Firm focuses on large, complex commercial litigation, including antitrust, securities and commodities litigation, and class actions.
Ms. Nathanson is currently defending Barclays at the district and appellate levels in multi-jurisdictional litigation involving the London Interbank Offered Rate (LIBOR), including more than fifty actions advancing antitrust, Commodities Exchange Act, RICO, securities, and state law claims.
Since joining the firm, Ms. Nathanson has
- Represented E. I. du Pont de Nemours and Company in a federal trial regarding issues arising from the 2004 sale of its textile business, including over sixty separate claims;
- Represented YES Network in an arbitration involving cable television rights of the New Jersey Nets;
- Represented a global leader in investment management in the successful mediation of a securities class action suit; and
- Represented one of the two co-owners of the AriZona Iced Tea group of companies in a dispute involving ownership rights and fair value of the company.
