Evelyn Fruchter's practice focuses on complex commercial litigation involving large-scale contract and licensing disputes, structured products, insurance products, and antitrust matters. Ms. Fruchter has experience litigating cases in state and federal courts, as well as before arbitration panels.
During law school, Ms. Fruchter worked as an intern for the late Judge Charles B. Mikell of the Georgia Court of Appeals, and served as an extern in the Offices of General Counsel of both the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services and the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention.
