Alexis Loeb practices in the area of complex commercial litigation, including securities and antitrust actions.
Ms. Loeb joined Boies, Schiller & Flexner LLP following the completion of her clerkship. Prior to her clerkship, she was an associate at Covington & Burling LLP in New York, where her practice included contract disputes, securities claims, and white-collar criminal defense. Ms. Loeb also represented two asylum applicants and created a women's rights training program for use in rural South Africa.
While at Harvard Law School, Ms. Loeb assisted South Africa's National Prosecuting Authority in asset forfeiture actions against high-level government officials and studied Kenyan communities' efforts to monitor the use of local development funds for the Open Society Institute. Prior to law school, Ms. Loeb was a management consultant for Katzenbach Partners LLC in New York.
