Laura Harris's practice focuses on complex commercial litigation and regulatory investigations.
Ms. Harris joined the firm after graduating from Stanford Law School and returned following her clerkship with Judge Lewis A. Kaplan of the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of New York.
Ms. Harris’s recent matters include regulatory investigations for a financial services firm, patent litigation on behalf of a health services company, multibillion dollar litigation against the United States Government arising out of the financial crisis, and an antitrust class action on behalf of professional basketball players against the National Basketball Association.
Before law school, Ms. Harris researched East Asian domestic, foreign, and military policy at a think tank in Washington, D.C.
