Kyle Smith's main practice area is complex commercial litigation.
Mr. Smith is currently involved in the representation of corporate plaintiffs who have opted out of antitrust class actions relating to price-fixing cartels among manufacturers of cathode ray tubes and liquid crystal displays.
Mr. Smith joined the firm in 2012 following a clerkship at the United States Court of Appeals for the Tenth Circuit, where he clerked for the Honorable William J. Holloway, Jr. Prior to law school, Mr. Smith worked as a civil engineer.
