Andrew Beyda's main practice area is complex commercial litigation. He has experience representing individuals and corporations in a wide range of significant litigation, including securities matters, antitrust litigation, and class actions.
Since joining the firm, Mr. Beyda has participated in a number of major cases under federal securities, ERISA, and antitrust laws, including the administration of large complex electronic and paper discovery collections and productions. Recently, Mr. Beyda has been involved in the representation of independent pharmacists in a price discrimination matter against major prescription drug manufacturers, as well as representing a large financial institution against a putative ERISA class action.
Prior to joining Boies, Schiller & Flexner LLP, Mr. Beyda was an associate with a South Florida law firm where his practice included international and domestic business transactions, mergers and acquisitions, and corporate governance.
