Joseph F. Kroetsch's main practice is complex litigation. He has represented a wide range of clients in diverse matters in federal and state court and in arbitration involving intellectual property, securities, commercial contract, bankruptcy and accounting law.

Mr. Kroetsch participated in the representation of a technology company involved in a high-profile lawsuit over the rights to certain computer operating systems. Mr. Kroetsch has also represented a brokerage firm and certain of its principals in well-publicized SEC, bankruptcy, and private litigation arising out of the collapse of the Madoff Ponzi scheme.

Prior to joining Boies, Schiller & Flexner LLP, Mr. Kroetsch was an associate at the law firms of Cravath, Swaine & Moore LLP and Vinson & Elkins LLP.
