Since joining Boies, Schiller & Flexner in 2012, Ms. Jaffe has handled a variety of commercial litigation matters with a focus on complex antitrust matters.  In 2014, Ms. Jaffe was a part of the trial teams for two large antitrust cases both of which were tried to completion.  Ms. Jaffe’s antitrust experience includes cases alleging vertical restraints, monopolization, price fixing, and unfair competition across a diverse array of industries including payment services, portable music devices, high-technology products, and professional sports.

Among her recent accomplishments, Ms. Jaffe was a part of the trial team that won a defense jury verdict in a large class action antitrust case involving portable digital music players.  Ms. Jaffe also successfully defeated class certification in an antitrust matter for a large consumer electronics company.

Ms. Jaffe joined the firm after receiving her degree from U.C. Berkeley School of Law.  While at U.C. Berkeley, Ms. Jaffe was actively involved in the Trial Advocacy Team for which she served as its Student Director.  She also served as the director of the Juvenile Hall Outreach program, which taught incarcerated youth about the criminal justice system and their constitutional rights.  Upon graduation, Ms. Jaffe received the Anthony F. Dragonette Award for outstanding achievement in civil trial litigation.  Since graduation, Ms. Jaffe has continued to pursue her passion for trial advocacy as a coach for the U.C. Berkeley Trial Advocacy Team.
