Michael Beltran is experienced in high-stakes civil and criminal litigation. He is currently active in the firm’s products liability practice and in representing the family of a SeaWorld trainer who was killed in a whale attack.
In 2012, Michael Beltran was appointed by Florida Governor Rick Scott to the 5th District Court of Appeal Judicial Nominating Commission.
