Aryeh Kaplan's practice focuses on large, complex commercial matters and high-risk product liability and tort matters.
Prior to joining Boies, Schiller & Flexner LLP, Mr. Kaplan worked as an Assistant State Attorney with the Office of the State Attorney for the 11th Judicial Circuit, in Miami, Florida. As a prosecutor Mr. Kaplan was a line attorney, training attorney, and Assistant Chief. He has taken more than 30 cases to jury trial.
