Mr. Boyle’s representative clients include:
- represented an investment banking and securities firm in international arbitration and domestic litigation against institutional global investors in matters involving federal and state securities laws.
- representation of American victims of a suicide bombing in Israel in a suit brought under the Anti-Terrorism Act.
- Representation of a founder of a multi-billion dollar beverage company in a series of disputes with the company’s co-founder
