Mary Boies’ main areas of practice are:  Commercial litigation, antitrust litigation, class actions, corporate investigations and governance, intellectual property and securities litigation.

Mary Boies has successfully represented both Plaintiffs and Defendants in a wide variety of commercial litigation including antitrust, intellectual property and securities litigation, including in class action and opt-out litigation.  She has led corporate investigations and advised clients on corporate governance.  Her matters have included major cases in the broadcast, financial, pharmaceutical, software and transportation industries.
