Mr. Studen's primary practice area is complex commercial litigation.

Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Studen served as a law clerk for the Honorable Joseph A. Greenaway, Jr. of the United States Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit.  Before clerking, Mr. Studen worked at one of Vault's 100 U.S. law firms.

During law school, Mr. Studen served as a Comments Editor on the Seton Hall Law Review.  Mr. Studen also was a clinic student in the Impact Litigation Clinic of Seton Hall Law School's Center for Social Justice.  Mr. Studen was part of a team that briefed and argued a case before the United States Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit, successfully obtaining reversal of the district court's summary judgment order dismissing the inmate's Eighth Amendment claim.
