Mr. Potter’s recent matters include:
- Litigation concerning the non-payment of a finder’s fee in connection with the acquisition of an NFL franchise.
- Two confidential two-week arbitrations under AAA rules.
While a student at Penn Law, Mr. Potter was a member of the Supreme Court Litigation Clinic where he worked on petitions for certiorari, briefs in opposition to certiorari, merits briefs and preparation for oral argument in several cases.
