Aram Boghosian's practice focuses on complex commerical litigation.
Since joining the firm, Mr. Boghosian has represented both plaintiffs and defendants in a variety of matters including:
- Litigation arising from the milestone compensation provisions of a merger agreement between two pharmaceutical companies.
- Litigation on behalf of a major financial institution concerning the tax treatment of various foreign investment transactions.
- Class action litigation related to allegations of securities fraud committed by a national oil company.
