Ms. Eisenberg's main practice area is antitrust litigation. Since joining the firm, her practice has focused on the representation of a clean energy company in a suit against a utility provider.
Ms. Eisenberg joined the firm after graduating with honors from the University of Virginia School of Law. During law school, Ms. Eisenberg interned for Judge Charles Breyer of the United States District Court for the Northern District of California, working primarily on habeas petitions. Ms. Eisenberg also served as a Dillard Writing Fellow, instructing first year law students in legal research and writing skills.
Prior to law school, Ms. Eisenberg taught middle school students at an urban charter school in Newark, New Jersey.
