Reed Forbush's main practice area is complex commercial litigation. Since joining the firm, Mr. Forbush has represented plaintiffs and defendants, both individuals and multinational corporations.
Mr. Forbush's recent matters include representation of a major private equity firm and its founder in a multi-year litigation against the firm's management liability insurer and broker.
During law school, Mr. Forbush worked as an intern in the chambers of the Honorable William H. Orrick III, United States District Court for the Northern District of California, as well as in the Enforcement Division of the Securities and Exchange Commission in Manhattan.
