Mr. Konik's practice focuses on complex commercial litigation, including intellectual property and computer fraud and abuse litigation.
Mr. Konik joined the firm upon graduation from Columbia Law School. During law school, Mr. Konik externed for Judge Susan Illston of the United States District Court for the Northern District of California and Judge Katherine Forrest of the United States District Court for the Southern District of New York. Mr. Konik also represented defendants in New York City Criminal Court as a student under the supervision of the Neighborhood Defender Service of Harlem.
