Boies Schiller Flexner has announced that attorneys Edoardo Gandini and Jacopo Mosca of the Milan office have been promoted to counsel.
Jacopo’s practice focuses on assisting family-owned corporations, private clients, and family offices in a wide array of matters, including generational transfers and asset protection, international tax planning, and governance arrangements.
Edoardo represents Italian and foreign clients in litigation and arbitral proceedings across a variety of industries, including pharmaceutical, automotive, food, fashion, manufacturing, intellectual property, credit instruments, and furniture. He also acts as an arbitrator and expert before foreign courts and arbitration panels in disputes involving Italian and Portuguese laws.
The promotions became effective January 1.
