BSF associate Edoardo Gandini contributed to the volume on Iranian Commercial Law (Diritto Commerciale Iraniano). Together with Iranian colleagues, Edoardo edited the chapters “Protection of Property and Foreign Investments in the Light of the Laws of the Islamic Republic of Iran” and “A Guide to Litigation in the Iranian Legal System.”
The work, published by Wolters Kluwer, is part of the series "Comparative Business Law," directed by Pier Filippo Giuggioli.
