Boies Schiller Flexner counsel Edoardo Gandini published the essay “Decolonizing Law: Language and Anthropology in the Lusosphere” in Pravovedenie, the legal journal of the St. Petersburg State University, as part of a special issue in memory of Gabriele Crespi Reghizzi, master of comparative law, renowned international arbitrator.
In the essay, he wrote about the still little-explored field of comparative law among Portuguese-speaking countries, showing the interesting perspective of the yet unreached law independence in most of these countries.
