On July 16, 2024, of counsel Shira Scheindlin joined Reed Smith partner Dave Cohen in a webinar titled, “20 years later: revisiting the landmark Zubulake e-discovery precedents.”
The two discussed Judge Scheindlin’s opinions in the landmark case of Zubulake v. UBS Warburg and how e-discovery law has evolved to the present day from those original foundational rulings. Her Zubulake rulings were among the first in shaping modern litigation discovery practice.
