BS&F Corporate Group Represents Funds in Crossbeam Systems Deal

Reporting that network security company Crossbeam Systems Inc. announced it had obtained $21 million in late-stage venture funding from BS&F clients Tudor Investment Corp. of Boston, Charles River Ventures, North Bridge Venture Partners and Matrix Partners, all of Waltham, Mass.; Commonwealth Capital Venture Partners of Wellesley, Mass.; Focus Ventures of Palo Alto, Calif.; Intel Capital of Santa Clara, Calif.; and Tudor Ventures of Boston, a sister fund to the round's leader.
