BS&F Partner George Carpinello Again Nominated to New York Court of Appeals

As reported in the Albany Times Union and around New York State, BS&F Albany Administrative Partner, George Carpinello, has again been nominated for a seat on the New York Court of Appeals. The Court is New York's highest court. George was among five nominees statewide to fill the seat currently occupied by Judge Carmen Beauchamp Ciparik, which will expire January 1, 2008. The New York State Bar Association recently issued a statement that George was "well qualified" for the post -- the highest ranking the Association issues.Related Lawyer: George F. Carpinello
