BSF $ 2.2 Billion Recovery for American Express Noted in American Lawyer's "Big Suits" Column

Boies, Schiller & Flexner LLP and client American Express featured in The American Lawyer's "Big Suits" column published January 2008. The case resulted in a $2.25 billion settlement in favor of American Express. Visa was sued for preventing its bank members from issuing American Express credit cards.
