Anthony Lin
New York Law Journal, February 20, 2008
Reporting on First Department reversal of decision denying BS&F client Maurice ("Hank") Greenberg access to documents claimed privileged by AIG created when Greenberg was Chairman and CEO of the company. The article quotes BS&F partner Nick Gravante as saying "the appellate court has recognized Mr. Greenberg's 'unequivocal right' to these legal documents, which AIG has illegally withheld from Mr. Greenberg for three years. We are confident that they will help accelerate the dismissal [of the claims against Mr. Greenberg].'"
