The Times reports that a New York State appellate court, in a crucial decision, accepted the arguments of BS&F in a case involving access to internal documents relating to the accounting dispute arising out of American International Group. Nicholas Gravante, a partner in the firm's New York City office who argued the appeal for BS&F partner Marice R. ("Hank") Greenberg, told the Times that "[t]he chief executive of a company with 100,000 employees relies on his counsel and his accounting firms, plus on his senior executives."
