BS&F's Client ConnectU Finds New Evidence Against Facebook

CNET.com reports that BS&F's client ConnectU has found new evidence against Facebook, an online community website. According to CNET.com, the lawsuit stems from 2004 and accuses Facebook of pilfering ConnectU's "business plan and code." The article notes that a court order allowed a ConnectU forensic expert to search through Facebook's hard drives which resulted in new findings.
