AIG loses bid to halt ex-CEO's access to files

Reuters reports BSF's client, Maurice "Hank" Greenberg, has won the right to obtain access to pertinent, privileged documents that were held up by AIG. According to the article, Mr. Greenberg requested access to the documents in order to help defend himself against the outstanding 2006 Eliot Spitzer allegations, most of which were dismissed.

Nicholas Gravante, one of the partners on the BSF litigation team, was quoted in the article stating, "We remain confident that the remaining allegations will similarly be dismissed once all the facts come out."
