The National Law Journal reports that BS&F scored a major blow yesterday in a multidistrict price fixing case against computer chip makers Nvidia, Inc. and Advanced Micro Devices/ATI Technologies. The development hinged on the presentation of a 2002 e-mail between competing executives from the two companies discussing their common efforts together.
