BSF Wins Significant Victory for American Express in Class Action Trial

BSF recently won a complete defense victory in the trial of a nationwide class action brought against American Express in California Superior Court. The Court agreed with the Firm that American Express' agreement with cardmembers enrolled in its travel insurance programs is unambiguous and authorizes American Express to operate the program in the way in which it has been conducted for years.
