Boies, Schiller & Flexner Represents in Successful Resolution of Patent Dispute With Microsoft


On August 4, 2010, reached settlement in their patent infringement dispute with Microsoft.  Boies, Schiller & Flexner was retained by after Microsoft filed suit against the San Francisco start-up in Federal Court in Seattle asserting that had violated nine of Microsoft’s patents. 

In June 2010, BSF filed a patent infringement suit on behalf of against Microsoft in Federal Court in Delaware asserting that several of Microsoft’s products were infringing upon’s patents. Boies Schiller & Flexner was proud to defend in its litigation as well as to help them reach a positive and swift resolution in their patent suit against Microsoft in a very short period of time.
