BSF Next Stop for Outgoing SEC Director David Nelson

BSF announced today that Miami Regional Director David Nelson is set to join the Firm as counsel in September after a distinguished two-decade career at the SEC. Nelson will be based out of the Ft. Lauderdale and Miami offices and will represent companies and individuals involved with SEC and other regulatory proceedings. He will also conduct internal investigations, and counsel companies on compliance and corporate governance issues.
