During the trial and subsequent conviction of Russian arms dealer Viktor Bout, BSF partner Lee Wolosky has provided commentary and context to the international media. Mr. Wolosky led U.S. Government efforts to dismantle and disrupt Bout's operation during Mr. Wolosky's time at the White House, where Mr. Wolosky served as Director for Transnational Threats on the National Security Council under Presidents Clinton and George W.
